Eric L. Doner is the founder and President of AchieveCorp. He is a recognized leader in organizational development and human performance improvement. Eric is also a recognized author, blogger and highly sought speaker on business topics. His business career spans over 30 years of success as a sales & marketing executive, training & development manager, university instructor and management consultant. He has worked with major corporations and small businesses to improve management and sales practices and increase individual and team performance.

Eric’s corporate experience includes Senior Business Resources Consultant at BASF, Vice President of the American Management Association, Sales Training Manager for Dun & Bradstreet, Director of Program Development for the MR Network and Director of Training at Leaseway Transportation. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Air Force veteran. Eric also has earned the coveted speaker & leader award of Distinguished Toastmaster.
