A principal of Achievement Training Corporation, Ted Oravecz brings over
25 years experience as an organization and human development practitioner
in both the public and private sectors. He has demonstrated proficiency
in closing performance gaps for individuals, teams, and organizations
by producing courses of action to help others achieve their goals.
In the public sector, Ted was affiliated with the San Antonio Water System where he pioneered the implementation of Values Based Leadership. In the private sector, he managed the training departments for BFGoodrich and for a regional Carquest automotive parts distributor. He also served as an OD project consultant for HDR, a water and wastewater engineering
Ted earned a Doctorate from Western Michigan University. He served as an adjunct faculty member of The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, where he helped design its Organization Development Degree Program. He also has been a faculty member of The University of Akron, where he used his expertise in knowledge transfer to develop and teach courses in instructional design and instructional techniques.
