| Eric Doner is the founder of Achievement Training Corporation and a recognized
leader in sales and management development. His successful business career
includes positions as sales & marketing executive, training director,
business consultant and university instructor.
Eric is passionate about consultative selling, performance management and task clarity. He has worked with dozens of organizations to improve selling practices and led initiatives to adopt customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Some of his most important work is in the development and deployment of competency assessment models that foster developmental planning, professional growth and improved individual and team performance. |

| Eric is listed in Who's Who in Executives and Professionals and is a member of the Strategic Account Management Association, International Society for Performance Instruction, Sales & Marketing Executives of Cleveland, the Northern Ohio Human Resource Planning Society, the American Society for Training & Development, the Professional Society for Sales & Marketing Training and Toastmasters International. Eric believes that school is never out for professionals. He is a graduate
of Bowling Green State University and completed postgraduate programs
in adult learning and human performance development and instructional
technology. Eric has taught continuing education courses at Cleveland
State, Kent State, and John Carroll Universities and Lakeland Community
College. He also serves on the MBA Advisory Board of Myers University.
